Standard supply of CAVP sleepers for switches - DAC.0079Pursuant to art. 95, par. 4, letter b of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it should be noted that the present tender concerns materials with standardised characteristics, produced on the basis of the technical specifications put out to tender and the relative drawings, which uniquely identify the products to be produced through the following characteristics: - material, - dimensions, - relative tolerances.All the services covered by the contract can be ascribed to the main services; therefore, it is not possible to have multi-subject competitors as per art. 45, paragraph 2, letters d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended, of a vertical or mixed nature. - The assignment procedure is called for pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and Presidential Decree no. 207/2010 - limited to the regulations still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called special sectors.All the services that are the subject of the contract are attributable to the main services; therefore, it is not possible for multi-subject competitors as per Article 45, paragraph 2, letters d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended, to participate in the contract, whether of a vertical or mixed nature.
