- lot No 1, CIG: 8337037493 - amount put out to tender: EUR 259 244,44 excluding VAT,- lot No 2, CIG: 833705429B - amount put out to tender: EUR 240 726,98 excluding VAT.Given the nature of the services, it is not necessary to draw up the Single Interference Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI), and therefore no charges for interference have been identified. The above amounts include any form of options or contract renewals (see point II.2)..7) as well as the option referred to in point II.2.11)The supply shall be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications for the supply (STF) referred to in art. 23 of the contract outline, attached to the tender specifications (Annex 10a and 10b). In this tender procedure the supply shall be carried out in accordance with art. 133, par. 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
Lot 1: supply of n. 14 stabilized battery charger power supplies code 794/0390 and n. 14 132 Vdc battery cabinets code 407/5170.II award criterion will be the lowest price, in accordance with Article 95 of Legislative Decree 50/16 and subsequent amendments and additions, given the standardization of the product. In fact, although the technical specifications of the supply based on the tender have some technical characteristics of the product whose admissible values are not univocally defined as they fall within the range or max/min thresholds, it should be noted that two or more products governed by these STF and characterized by values associated with these characteristics within the tolerance ranges as defined above are to be considered interchangeable and absolutely equivalent in terms of performance and function.The awarding procedure is launched pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (public contracts code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called special sectors.All services covered by the contract are attributable to the main service; therefore, it is not possible the participation of multi-subject competitors as per art. 45, paragraph 2, letter d), e), f) and g), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 s.m. of a vertical or mixed nature.
