Supply of "electronic foot pedal type "Lot 1 CIG: 9243919347 - amount put up for tender € 2,060,343.69 net of VAT.Lot 2 CIG: 924392690C - amount put up for tender € 2,060,343.69 net of VAT.Lot 3 CIG: 9243933ED1 - amount tendered € 2,060,343.69 net of VAT.Lot 4 CIG: 924393507C - amount tendered € 2,060,343.69 net of VAT.Lot 5 CIG: 92439382F5 - amount tendered € 2.060,343.69 net of VAT.Given the nature of the services, it is not necessary to proceed with the preparation of the Single Document for the Evaluation of Risks from Interference (DUVRI), and therefore no interference charges have been identified.The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the technical documentation placed as the basis for the tender referred to in art.23 of the contract outline attached to the tender specifications.In this tender procedure will be carried out in accordance with art. 133 co. 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016
Supply of "type electronic foot pedal" DAC.0085.2022All the services covered by the tender are ascribable to a single service; therefore, the participation of multi-subject competitors referred to in Article 45, paragraph 2, lett. d), e), f) and g), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 s.m. of a vertical or mixed nature is not possible, but only of a horizontal type.Pursuant to Art. 95, co. 4, lett. b of Legislative Decree. 50/2016, it should be noted that this tender relates to materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of the Technical Specification of Supply placed on the basis of the tender, which fully describes all the characteristics of the product and, therefore, does not allow discretion with respect to the technical prescriptions provided.The tender procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to Article 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
