Description

The services included in this consultation are listed below:- the preparation of the file for the consultation and monitoring of the procedure defined by the CNDP,- the design and monitoring of the construction of the technical infrastructure specific to the tramway system,- the application of the principles of facade to facade development in conjunction with urban project managers, in the AVP phase,- the design and monitoring of the construction of tramway stations by integrating the principles of surfacing and layout of urban project managers,- the design and monitoring of the construction of premises housing electrical substations and rail signalling,- the design and monitoring of the construction of the tram/bus/car interchange hub.All services require skills in the following technical fields: - railways (rails, switches and crossings, Nantes track system, pavements, etc.),- railway signalling,- overhead contact line,- high currents (energy substation, feeders, ICJ, etc.).),- low voltage (video, sound, customer information, DTT, PCC, PCE, etc.),- multitubulars,- traffic light signalling,- passenger stations and shelters, as well as the tram/bus/car connection hub,- buildings linked to operations (energy substation, railway signalling, driver control, etc.)....),- VRD installations (earthworks, sanitation, lighting,...),- civil engineering structures.The above fields are divided into the following different project management missions:- general project management of the operation,- preliminary project studies,- preliminary project studies,- project studies,- PRO,- assistance with the award of works contracts,- ACT,- execution studies/visa of execution plans,- EXE/VISA,- direction of the execution of works contracts,- DET,- assistance with reception operations,- AOR.Several complementary missions are also integrated, including- administrative and regulatory files, including land acquisitions,- security and certification files,- site scheduling and planning,- interface management,- synthesis and coordination,- network synthesis and coordination,- activity reporting,- assistance for public consultation and information,- administration of electronic data management,- project design in BIM, with creation of the graphic charter and writing of the BIM agreement, including the function of "BIM Manager",- organisation and management of overall tests.
