Single Lot - CIG: 84034580EC - Amount put out to tender EUR 1 165 744 048,78, net of VAT and options, of which EUR 18 134 634,56 for design costs and EUR 59 679 080,24 for charges related to the implementation of safety plans, not subject to reduction.Executive design and execution of the works for the construction of Lot 1 of the fourfold expansion of the railway line Fortezza-Verona, section "Fortezza-Ponte Gardena". The complete description is reported in the following point VI.3).The validation of the project based on the tender was carried out with note no. RFI-DIN-DINE.VE.BZ\A0011\P\2020\448 of 7.8.2020.

The awarding procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (public contracts code) and Presidential Decree no. 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called special sectors.
