The awarding procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (public contracts code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called special sectors.RFI reserves the right to entrust the company awarded the contract subject to this tender, under the same pacts and conditions, with the design and execution of the interventions necessary to implement the requirements of the commissioner's order no. 47/2020 of approval of the final project, analytically represented in annexes 43 and 44 of the draft agreement.RFI reserves the right to entrust the above services without the contractor having any rights or claims for damages, expenses, loss of earnings or anything else against RFI. The above services constitute detailed measures which do not change the amount of the contract.
