Description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 6 kpl. Mobile Radio Liaison Station (MRLLR) mounted on a base vehicle, designed to secure secure secure, interference resistant audio radio communication (unclassified and classified) for air traffic services and command and control authorities with aircraft crews. The MRLLR is to implement encrypted radio communication between correspondents in the air-ground relation.3The MRLŁR is to perform the functions of a radio station (fulfilling the function of a radio station) for the stationary systems operated by the Ordering Party, included in the above mentioned systems by means of the teletransmission system of the Ministry of National Defence (RON). The MRLLR should consist of at least the following components:1) Base chassis,2) Communications cabin,3) Radio system,4) Radiotelephone system,5) Antenna system,6) Time distribution system,7) Power supply system,8) Equipment supervision and control station,9) Operator station,10) Carrying device,11) Latent devices,12) Line connection board,13) Technical documentation,14) Set of technical material means,15) Set of specialized tools,16) Control and measuring apparatus. 5) In addition, the scope of the contract includes: development of the detailed design, testing, personnel training, supply of individual spare parts kits (IZCZ), carrying out the MRLŁR conformity assessment process, and development of technical documentation and licensing the technical documentation to the Ordering Party.6) The requirements for the subject matter of the contract will be communicated, together with the Description of Needs and Requirements (D&R) (classified document with the clause "RESTRICTED"), to the contractors invited to submit initial bids.
