Description

With "HiMed", medbo operates a decentralized patient entertainment system from Siemens with centralized management at the Regensburg site. As a result of the product-neutral tender from September 2020, "HiMed" from Siemens prevailed over its market companions. The central management takes care of booking, configuration, monitoring, access control and billing of the services offered. The bedside terminal, which serves as a modern multimedia terminal, provides the bedside areas and the multi-bed rooms and waiting rooms with digital services via the "HiMed LED TV". On it are distributed beside the usual special interest channels, infotainment, medbo TV stations, as well as the comfort stations with premium content.
