Description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery of dosimetry and quality control: part 2 for the Department of Medical Physics of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Centre in Kielce.2 The scope of the contract covers: purchase, delivery, unloading, bringing in, setting up/installing and starting up the device at a place indicated by the orderer, provision of guarantee/service services and training instruction in the use of the delivered device by the orderer's personnel at the place of delivery, within the time limit provided for the contract execution.3A detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract has been described in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR, which constitutes "List of parameters and technical conditions".4. The offered medical equipment must meet all minimum required technical and operational parameters and limit conditions specified by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
