Description: SERVICES- Musician (Pianist/Organist) Services for Chapel Worship

This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 (FAC 2019-02). This procurement is 100% set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB s) who are certified in the VIP https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ system at the time of the Request for Quote (RFQ) close date (solicitation due date). Quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein.

The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire Musician Services in support of the North Florida South Georgia VA Healthcare System. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ 36C24819Q0785 NAICS Code: 711130 and award a Firm Fixed Priced contract on a competitive basis.

In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Due to email size constraints, each email shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size for each email sent. Quoters may send more than one (1) email with their submission. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted.

The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 7th day of the month of June 2019. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Interested firms must be fully registered and active in SAM www.sam.gov at the time of solicitation closing. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted via email only to the Contracting Officer Ogniel.Alvarez@va.gov.
