Description

The present call for tenders consists in retaining the professional services of a Service Provider in order to carry out the design of plans and specifications, the preparation and transmission of the request for authorization to the MELCCFP, the preparation of the environmental site assessment (phase III), the preparation and management of complementary mandates, the preparation of tender documents for construction, services during the call for tenders as well as accompaniment during the work. Only companies with an establishment in Canada where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis are eligible to bid. This establishment must be accessible to the public during normal business hours and house a significant portion of the permanent resources, materials and equipment required to carry out the mandate for which the Municipality intends to award a contract. Tender documents are available through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) on the Internet at www.seao.ca, subject to payment of the appropriate fee. All Bidders are required to comply with the bidding documents, failing which they may be subject to sanctions up to and including rejection of the bid or termination of the contract, as the case may be. Bids must be submitted electronically on SÉAO or inserted in sealed envelopes for mailing, addressed to the attention of Ms. Julie Gilbert, Director General and Clerk-Treasurer of the Municipality of the United Townships of Latulipe-et-Gaboury, and will be received until Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the municipal office. Tenders will be opened at 1-B, rue Principale Est in Latulipe, in the presence of at least two witnesses. At this stage, only the names of the Tenderers will be declared aloud, since the documents will then be analyzed for conformity and the tenders submitted to the weighting of a selection committee charged with evaluating them on the basis of the documents provided. The Municipality assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted electronically that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all Tenderers must ensure that they obtain all tender documents before submitting a tender. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs or obligations of any kind to the Bidder(s).
