• Replacement of the remaining (9) classroom rooftop units with packaged heat pumps w/ natural gas backupheating• Replacement of (2) admin area rooftop units with packaged heat pump(s) w/ natural gas backup heating• Replacement or addition of (3) exhaust systems• Tie-in of new room multi-function sensors to provide carbon dioxide (CO2) and occupancy sensing, in addition to room temperature sensing only• Integration of all new HVAC systems with the school’s DDC system
