Quality Control for Construction
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for an experienced onsite technician staff to assist the PSPC's department's Project Manager and/or Resident Inspector in materials quality control and geotechnical inspection services of a number of marine, transportation, municipal and heavy civil construction projects for federally owned assets in Nova Scotia on an "as and" when requested basis.
Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be One year (1) plus an additional two (2),12 month option periods, if required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)."
