Description
The City invites qualified Consultants to provide professional consulting services for developing the 2026 Transportation & Mobility Plan (2026 TMP), which will update the 2013 Council-approved Kitchener Integrated Transportation Master Plan (2013 TMP), as detailed in this RFQ. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
