Pursuant to Section 16a (1) No. 1 LuftSiG, the client has been entrusted by the Federal Police as the responsible aviation security authority with certain tasks in the management and implementation of the security services required at Cologne/Bonn Airport pursuant to Section 5 LuftSiG.The client invites tenders (i) in its role as the authorized party for security services pursuant to Section 5 LuftSiG and in its role as the obligated party in the area of the GAT and in the context of so-called special call-offs for security services pursuant to Section 8 LuftSiG as well as the performance of ancillary services (Lot 1) and (ii) in its role as the obligated party for security services pursuant to Section 8 LuftSiG and in its role as the authorized party in the context of so-called special call-offs for security services pursuant to Section 5 LuftSiG (Lot 2).
