S112AE-1501: Signal arrow, with 14 light-emitting diode (LED) lamps.
S225U-2011: Articulated wheel loader (4 X 4), 2.7 m3.
S164V-1904: Removable snowblower - motorized, 2,750 tons/hour.
S283E-1905 : Scale on loader.
S082A-1608 : Snow blower wing, mounted on left or right clearing tool vehicle.

Optional equipment
Optional equipment listed in the specifications is not automatically included in the RFx. They are required only when specified in the description of the deliverables to be provided. If the description does not mention it, the base characteristic applies, regardless of the optional equipment.

The supplier undertakes to deliver the requested goods no later than 6 months after the issue of the purchase order, in accordance with the requirements of this document. All equipment and accessories must be new and of model year 2020 or later.
The Supplier who does not comply with this condition of the contract may be subject to a report of unsatisfactory performance, without diminishing the possible recourses of the CGER and without prejudice to the damages and interest that it may claim from the Supplier.
It should be noted that the CGER reserves the right to reject a bid submitted by a supplier that has been the subject of a poor performance report with respect to contracts of a similar nature during the two years preceding the opening date of this call for tenders.
The CGER also reserves the right to reject a bid submitted by a supplier whose contract of a similar nature has been terminated during the last 2 years preceding this call for tenders, due to its failure to comply with any of the terms, conditions or obligations of such contract, without further formality.
Guarantees
Manufacturer's warranty
The equipment or property in question must be covered by the usual manufacturer's warranty. The supplier undertakes to comply with all the clauses of the usual manufacturer's warranty and must attach a written attestation of this warranty to its submission.
Minimum warranty required : Basic one (1) year for all goods. This warranty must cover parts and labour, without any deductible amount.
Option to purchase
Acquisition of one (1) 2.7 m3 wheel loader, including installation, in accordance with S225U-2011 listed in the detailed description of deliverables but without any optional equipment.
The purchase option price shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days after the bid submission and closing date.
Delivery FOB SUPPLIER
Delivery must be made no later than 180 calendar days after the order form is issued.
If the CGER decides to acquire them, the items purchased under the purchase options will be the subject of a purchase order (CL-DL) that will be issued to the supplier.
The CGER does not undertake to acquire any of the call options mentioned in this document.
Formations
The supplier will have to provide one day's training per loader. A technical presentation for operators AND another one for mechanics will have to be given at the delivery workshops. A presentation is also required for the snowblower on application 4832 (Anjou). The following elements will have to be covered during the training:
Technical description of the asset or equipment;
Operating and maintenance characteristics for operators;
Maintenance specifications for shop personnel;
Warranty conditions
The Project Authority will contact the vendor to coordinate training needs and activities.
The bidder must include all costs related to training (transportation, accommodation, salaries, etc.) in its bid.
