REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION
1. PURPOSE OF THE MANDATE
The Société des traversiers du Québec requires the services of a supplier for the acquisition of simplified voyage data recorders for its vessels MV Jos-Deschênes, Alphonse-Desjardins and Joseph-Savard.
The Société des traversiers du Québec invites all suppliers from the provinces and territories of the signatory governments that meet the requirements of this call for tenders to submit prices for the supply of the related products and services indicated in the price schedule in this document.
2. PRICE
The supplier must submit a price for all items described in the price schedule.
Prices must include transportation and any other related costs that may be related to the contract. No increase will be paid due to the increase in fuel prices.
3. CONTRACT AWARD
A purchase order covering all items on the price schedule will be issued to the lowest compliant bidder.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS
The equipment must be delivered to the STQ at the following address:

5. Delivery time
The equipment must be delivered to the delivery address indicated in article 2.4 no later than 31 July 2019.
6. SCHEDULE
Bid opening: July 3, 2019
Contract Award: July 10, 2019
Granting of the Purchase Order: July 12, 2019
Delivery and End of the contract: 31 July 2019 at the latest.
7. OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidding documents can only be obtained through the Electronic Bidding System (E-bidding).
