SPECIAL NOTICE – INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS ( # 95K000-19-P-0075)
 
Purchase of 4 (four) units of Control Board for Thales MW Transmitter S7HP which is used for U.A. Agency for Global Media’s broadcast operation at AOOT Transmitting Station in Orzu, Tajikistan 
 
(1)    This is issued as a notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.  This announcement constitutes the intent to award on a sole source basis; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
 
(2)   This is issued as a notice of intent to sole source with Phenixya Etablissement Principal, 54 – Avenue Jean Jaures, 92 700 Colombes, France.
 
(3)    The incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition  2005-99
 
(4)    This award will be issued with no Set-Aside.  The associated NAICS code is   334220.
 
(5)     This award is for purchase of the following commercial items:
 
Purchase of 4 (four) units of Control Board as per the attached DS-2076 for Thales MW Transmitter S7HP which is used for U.A. Agency for Global Media’s broadcast operation at AOOT Transmitting Station in Orzu, Tajikistan.
 
(6)     Description of requirements is as follows:

(7)   Date and Place of delivery and acceptance:  The units shall be delivered soonest possible after the order is placed.   The units will be delivered directly to American Consulate General, IBB - Room G-112, Giessenerstr. 30,  60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
