DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint-Jérôme is seeking bids for
"PURCHASE OF 25% SODIUM CHLORITE BY 2021."
SUBMISSION N°: "2020-BS-079".
AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: All interested companies will be able to obtain tender documents as of October 14, 2020, on the SEAO electronic tendering system (www.seao.ca).
RECEPTION OF TENDERS: No later than November 2, 2020, before 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Clerk, 300 Parent Street, Saint-Jérôme, Quebec J7Z 7Z7, for immediate public opening.
COMMUNICATION: For any additional information concerning this Request for Tenders, please contact the Bidder Information Officer, Ms. Catherine Quesnel , Purchaser, at the following e-mail address cquesnel@vsj.ca or by telephone at 450 436-1512, p oste 3508.
Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least 96 hours before the date and time scheduled for the receipt of tenders.
Unsatisfactory performance evaluation: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse the bid of a contractor, service provider or supplier who, during the two years preceding the bid opening date, has been subject to an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the City.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Agreement for the Liberation of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB).
