Description
Direct Purchase by Exception No. 1/2024, under the same bases and conditions of Public Bidding No. 03/002/2022, national construction companies are called for the supply of land, design and construction of up to 30 houses, parking lots required by the standard and SUM, for MVOT's target population, in the city of Colonia, Department of Colonia, by means of a "turnkey" contract system. The properties to be supplied must be located within the area of the city of Colonia, as indicated in Annex I.
