The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 9 units of brand new, single brand, low-floor, low-emission, single-motor city buses equipped with a DIESEL engine (minimum EURO VI emission standard) intended for urban transport, carried out by a public transport operator2. Required basic features and parameters1) Size a) length from 11.80 m to 12.20 m,b) overall width up to 2.55 m,c) overall height up to 3.30 m.2) Number and configuration of passenger seatsTotal: minimum 70, including 25% of passenger seats (excluding driver).One space per vehicle for a wheelchair or a baby carriage together with a restraint system complying with the requirements of Annex 8 to UNECE Regulation No 107; the spaces shall be located on the side of the bus in the area near the second entrance door; A wheelchair attachment with a button within reach of the disabled person's hand informing about the disabled person's intention to alight with an announcement on the driver's panel; A seat equipped with a safety belt and a handle with a strap allowing to attach a child's pram; An area for standing passengers calculated in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 107.3) Floor: Low floor along the entire length of the bus, stepless door.4) Number of axles: two.5) Maximum weight: Up to 19 500 kg6) Engine: compression ignition, meeting at least the EURO-67) Transmission: Automatic, at least 4 gears with integrated retarder.3) The year of production of buses must coincide with the year of delivery.4) The design of the vehicle and the solutions used are to guarantee at least 15 years of operation with an average annual mileage of 60,000 km. Buses must be vehicles currently in continuous serial production of the manufacturer. Prototype and pre-series vehicles are not acceptable.The subject matter of the contract shall also include: delivery of technical and operating documentation along with the buses, conducting training for drivers and technical service in terms of use, inspection, repair and operation of buses, registration and insurance of buses on behalf of the Purchaser, Providing one portable computer (notebook) with licensed Polish-language system and diagnostic software and updates to enable proper diagnosis of buses through the interfaces provided (the bid price will provide at least 10-year update of the system and diagnostic software and provide a time-limited license for use by the Purchaser or the operator of public transport), ASO authorization to the extent enabling independent performance of inspections, repairs and warranty services for the own needs of the Purchaser and ensuring the performance of technical maintenance and repairs after warranty of supplied buses by the Contractor, supply of equipment for the Purchaser's workshop with a set of tools and specialized equipment to enable obtaining the manufacturer's ASO authorization used for the Purchaser's own needs.
