PUBLIC NOTICE concerning the occupation and use of a maritime state-owned area of mq.11.895,00 located at the Molo di Tramontana of the commercial port of Manfredonia
That the company Produttori Ittici Manfredonia Società Cooperativa, with registered office in Manfredonia (FG) at Lungomare Nazario Sauro snc, VAT No.: 04159770710, holder of the Formal Deed No. 1/2021, rep. 408 of 13/01/2021 and ss.mm.ii. concerning the occupation and use of a maritime state-owned area of mq.11.895.00 located at the Tramontana Pier of the commercial port of Manfredonia for the purpose of maintaining the New Fish Market, requested, with an application dated May 19, 2022, acquired in the records on the same date at prot. no. 20220017139 and subsequent integration acquired in the records on May 26, 2022 at prot. no. 20220017532, to make the following changes to the aforementioned formal deed, that is, to modify the use of certain areas to create:1. an area used for the refreshment of operators and also for outsiders (Catering Area) on its own account and/or to be leased to third parties.;2. one to be used for the processing and shipping of fish and mussel products on its own account and/or to be leased to third parties;3. another for the construction of 8 prefabricated boxes made of structured insulated panels to be able to display and retail local product on its own account and/or to be leased to third parties.The first two new activities will be carried out in the existing environments of the Central Body while the construction of the boxes will take place in the outer NE area of the Market and that, pursuant to Art. 18 of the Regulations for the Execution of the Navigation Code, this notice will remain published, from June 13, 2022 to July 28, 2022, at the online Bulletin Board section of the South Adriatic Sea Port System Authority, at https://www.albopretorionline.it/portmer/alboente.aspx and forwarded to the Municipality of Manfredonia for publication on its bulletin board.
