II.1.5) Estimated total value: Value excluding VAT: 12 000 000 euros II.1.6) Information on lots: This contract is divided into lots: no II.2) DESCRIPTION II.2.1) Title: Lot nº: II.2.2) Additional CPV code(s) Main CPV code: 92320000 Additional descriptor: II.2.3) Place of performance NUTS code: FRJ12 Main place of performance: Territory of the City of Nîmes II.2.4) Description of services: The City of Nîmes, as a mecca for bullfighting culture and promoter of all forms of bullfighting, is renewing the public service concession for the organization and management of bullfighting shows for the period from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2028. Every year, the férias welcome some 2,000,000 people to Nîmes, including 75,000 who come to watch the famous bullfights and novilladas, and 15,000 to attend the Camargue races and enjoy the unique experience of bullfighting. The main missions of the delegated public service will be to organize the bullfighting season at the Arènes de Nîmes, and to contribute to the international reputation of the city of Nîmes through the prism of its bullfighting identity. The delegatee will manage the organization of bullfighting shows (Spanish, Portuguese, Camargue), notably during the Féria de Pentecôte and the Féria des Vendanges. The bullfighting season includes : Le printemps de l'Aficion in April, 1 novillada sans picador (free), 1 practical class ,1 camargue race (free), La Féria de Pentecôte (Thursday to Monday inclusive) with 8 bullfighting shows including 1 camargue race, 5 corridas or Rejon, 1 novillada piquée and 1 equestrian show. Féria des Vendanges in September (Friday to Sunday inclusive) with 5 bullfighting shows including 3 corridas, 1 novillada piquée and 1 recortadores. August shows including 2 Camargue races (during Nîmes Thursdays) and 1 traditional Camargue show. The Trophée des As Final in October (on even-numbered years) and 1 equestrian show will close the bullfighting season in Nîmes. The estimated annual turnover is 3,000,000 euros excluding VAT.
