The delegatee will have full autonomy to organize operations, manage human resources and implement the means required to satisfy the services requested. The delegatee will take on the following tasks : - day-to-day management of the service (14 regular routes in the Car Jaune network, divided into three catchment areas, plus 2 special routes), - meeting commitments on the defined service offering, - keeping cost accounting and usage statistics, - informing customers about the service using any means of communication it deems appropriate, - commercial management of the service, - upkeep and maintenance of the vehicles provided by the local authority. As well as the six options defined in the program. Current concession figures: 8 million annual commercial kilometers (2023), fleet of 100 vehicles (2023), staff of 380 (2022), annual ridership of 5.6 million trips (2022), revenue of 5.9 million (2022).
