Description
You must be able to:
- review the current public health act and other policy documents
- identify legislation impacted by the health act reforms
- identify gaps and shortcomings in the current health act
- draft necessary revisions to the public health act
- develop regulations to enforce the legislation
- provide documentation explaining the rationale for the amendments
The purpose of the project is to assist the organisation in drafting and reforming a public health act.
It will replace the existing legislation and contain measures to mitigate future threats to public health.
