Description

The subject of this award procedure is the commissioning of a service provider to carry out a project for the contemporary further development of home in the Ruhr area for the Ministry of Home, Municipalities, Construction and Equal Treatment of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MHKBG NRW).In any case, this includes the following services:- Conducting a representative survey among artists, cultural workers and creative people from the Ruhr area on their ideas of creating or reviving real places and places of identity that invite people to debate and linger, are open to all and connect people with one another,- evaluating the survey and preparing a study based on it that gives recommendations for action to implement the ideas,- Organisation and holding of a congress to present and discuss the survey results,- drafting of a funding programme to support the realisation of project ideas, development of a project call,- support in the conception, organisation and holding of the selection procedure for inclusion in the funding programme,- organisation and holding of a congress to present the results with the aim of encouraging imitation through exemplary projects.Further details on the object of performance can be found in the performance description.
