•Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from vendors with expertise in landfill design and contract administration meeting the requirements stated in the RFP. Interested parties (“Proponents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. •The term of any agreement offered as a result of the RFP is anticipated to be six (6) years with three (3) possible one (1) year extensions. The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurementportal (the “Supplier Portal”). •   Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
