PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE OPERATION
OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES

The owner, Régie de traitement des eaux usées de Deux-Montagnes (RTDM), is seeking a price for the operation and management of its aerated ponds.

This notice is issued through the "SEAO" service, an electronic tendering system set up by the Quebec government. Subscribers to this service can obtain documents relating to this call for tenders by contacting "SEAO" as of October 16, 2024.

Tenders on the forms provided for this purpose, in sealed envelopes marked OPERATION AND OPERATION OF AERATED PONDS, will be received at the Régie's head office, 1110, chemin Principal, Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, J0N 1M0, until eleven o'clock (11 a.m.) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, to be publicly opened at the same place and on the same day, at 11:05 a.m.

Bidders should note that all requests for information and questions must be made in writing only to the attention of Mr. Stéphane Giguère, RTDM representative, at the following e-mail address: sgiguere@sjdl.qc.ca. Bidders must take into consideration that all communications with another representative of the client or the prime contractor are strictly forbidden. All written requests must be received no later than 12 noon on November 8, 2024, to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum prior to the bid opening. All requests received after this time will not be considered.

The deadline for filing a complaint concerning the tender procedure is October 30, 2024.

The contract is subject to the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Régie de traitement des eaux usées de Deux-Montagnes does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and incurs no obligation or expense of any kind towards the Bidder(s).
