Description of Work :
The work involves validating and updating the Maximo Item Master database. 
The Contractor must:

Validate and/or update Item Master short descriptions per the CCG Naming Standard
Validate the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) list as provided by CCG
Validate that the OEM listed for each Item Master holds the primary design control reference or;
If OEM is not in Maximo Companies Application provide details to have OEM record created in Maximo Companies Application including Manufacturer Name, Address, Phone Number, Web page
Provide NSCM/NCAGE where available


Identify and isolate duplicate OEM
Validate OEM Part number
Validate OEM Model
Validate and/or update item with existing NSN, or;
Provide the NATO approved Item Name where NSN exists in NMCRL
Provide the best possible approved item name where no NSN exists in NMCRL, based on the H6 database.
Validate and/or update the UNSPSC to Version 10
Identify and isolate duplicate Item Masters

The work is currently being performed by IMA LTD under contract (value $ 209,730.96)
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
