No: RRA/COM/TOU/ONB/S/01 OF 2024/2025   1.   The Commission for Tourism and Others is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Provision of Internet Acess – Free Wifi Island   2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:  RRATOU/IFB/2024/72   3.     Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Thursday 05th  December 2024 as from 10hrs up to 15hrs (Local Time).   4.     Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Thursday 05th December 2024  as from 15:01 hrs till Monday 09th December 2024 up to10hrs   5.   Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Monday 09th  December 2024 as from 10:01 hrs up to15hrs   Conference Room 2nd Floor, Alfred North Coombes Building Port Mathurin Rodrigues     6. The Commission for Tourism and Others reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder. 05th November 2024
