Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is seeking proposals from qualified persons
and/or firms to submit proposals for the provision of integrated telephone and internet voting services for Municipal elections as further outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The deliverable for this project includes:
• Integrated voting (telephone & internet) services as outlined in the RFP;
• A complete (telephone, internet, & paper (optional)) voting results tally/reporting
solution;
• Elector Management System to maintain and update elector data;
• Provision of Elector data cleansing services including elector list merge/purge/duplicate
files identification and address accuracy services as outlined in the RFP; and
• Design/printing/sorting/mailing of Voter Notification letters as outlined in the RFP.
