Description

Cork County Council requires a new Spatial Property Register to replace our existing Property Solution (Property Interest Register known as PIR). The system will provide accurate boundary capture and edit tools. We require inbuilt data entry forms for management of Acquisitions, Disposals, and our current Property Interests. It must allow for integration with SharePoint document management software and Printing to Land Registry Standards. Currently these transactions are managed via a bespoke Property Interest Register (PIR) with a GIS Interface. This solution was in use in several local authorities in Ireland but has been discontinued by most authorities due to technical constraints. The purpose of this tender is to provide a modern spatial solution to manage the council’s property interests into the future. Cork County Council requires, therefore, an integrated solution to manage the records and support the day-to-day asset management of the thousands of properties in which the council retains an interest
