Supply of a loader-backhoe (2022 or newer)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned of the following
The City of Île-Perrot is requesting tenders for the supply of a new loader-backhoe (year 2022 or newer).
Any person or entity interested in submitting a bid in response to this notice must obtain the tender documents through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system at SEAO.ca. The documents can be ordered as of January 5, 2023, according to the conditions of use of the site.
To be eligible, all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at City Hall, 110 Perrot Boulevard, L'Île-Perrot, Quebec J7V 3G1, on January 23, 2023, no later than 11:00 a.m. (Quebec time), in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the call for tenders documents. No electronic or facsimile bids will be accepted.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the Florian-Bleau Room at City Hall on the same day within minutes of the closing time.
The Bidder must have an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government procurement liberalization agreements.
The bidder must submit with its bid a bid security equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union, payable to the order of the City of Île-Perrot, or an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or a bond
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and does not incur any obligation or costs towards the bidder.
