Description

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs is an immigration program operating under the Canada-BC Immigration Agreement. The PNP allows the Province to nominate economic immigrants for permanent residence based on B.C.'s economic needs, priorities and selection criteria. The PNP is a way for high-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs to gain permanent residency in B.C.The candidate registration system, introduced in 2015, ensures that the PNP can prioritize high-impact applicants and align nominations with B.C.’s economic and labour market priorities. The current online system that supports the PNP was introduced in 2015 with a phased implementation approach.  This Commercial off the shelf (COTS) online database driven system has been provided since 2015.The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents who are able to provide services and solutions to maintain both front end (web based) and back end (secure internal) customized of the COTS platform. It is expected that the successful Proponent provides an integrated and complete service offering to the PNP project area.
