The subject of the contract is the service consisting in the maintenance (maintenance) of water and water equipment in the area of Water Supervision: Kluczbork, Strzelce Opolskie, Tarnowskie Góry being in the administration of the Management Board of the Opole Waterworks. The leading works include: mowing of slopes and the bottom of watercourses, hacking of vegetation rooting in the bottom, making the trough more accessible, cutting out bushes and clearing the area, removing blockages. The maintenance of this section of the river will ensure the free flow of water in the riverbed, which is necessary to ensure the safety of urban infrastructure. The river flows through the city centre of Kluczbork.2.The scope of the contract.The scope of the contract includes: - manual mowing of dense and hard lichen from the slopes of the river,- raking of mowed lichen from the slopes,- hooking of the river bed when the water surface is overgrown up to 60%,- mechanical mowing of vegetation rooted in the bottom,- manual cutting and grubbing of rare coppice,- removal of swaths and impurities extracted from the river bed during the maintenance works.3The maintenance works will be carried out manually and mechanically. Access to the trough will take place on field roads and communal roads. The Jędrynie River in km 0+500 - 4+250 requires maintenance works due to this year's flooding after heavy rainfall. On the majority of the riverbed is overgrown with reed, calamus, including the last year's reed, which is deposited in the bed. On the ordered sections there are numerous blockages and it is necessary to make the flow of water in the river more smooth. In connection with the condition of the Jędryna River, the Mayor and local farmers have been sent letters urging for conservation.2Scope of the contract.The maintenance work will include the following activities, in accordance with the enclosed sub-contract:- manual mowing of dense hard lichen from watercourses- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes more than 2,0 m wide- mechanical mowing of lichen from the bottom- hacking when the water surface is overgrown with more than 60 % - manual cutting and grubbing of medium density bushes and undergrowth- removal of blockages, demolition of beaver dams and impurities that dam the free flow of water in watercourses.The access to the trough will take place on field roads and communal roads. Along the preserved watercourse, machines will move in a strip of up to 3.0 m in width from both sides, allowing direct access to the riverbed.3. Terms and conditions of work execution.Detailed terms and conditions of order execution will be included in the contract and documents, i.e. the protocol of transfer of the work site, the final acceptance protocol.The contractor shall adjust the equipment to the parameters of the watercourses in order to prevent their damage. Any damages resulting from the service and their removal shall be borne by the Contractor at his expense and risk, including any claims of third parties in connection with the execution of the order in question. The Swornica River in km 0+000 - 16+600 requires maintenance works due to the possibility of pouring out after heavy rainfall or spring snowmelt. The river at the section in km 20+200-21+470 flows in the vicinity of city buildings. The section of the river at km 8+500 - 15+800 flows through areas developed mainly for agriculture. The Lublinica riverbed at the sections to be preserved is in many places built up with regulatory buildings. During the maintenance works, the existing thresholds must not be damaged or destroyed, partly with elements allowing water accumulation, steel recesses for chandeliers and bank and bottom reinforcements.2Scope of order.The planned works will consist of- mechanical mowing of vegetation rooted in the riverbed with a mowing spoon with a width of up to 3.2 m (7,300 m),- hooking at overgrown water surface up to 60% (2,540 m2),- manual mowing of dense hard lichen from slopes (41,320 m2),- raking of mowed lichen from slopes more than 2 widths,0m (38 320 m2),- manual cutting and grubbing up of medium density bushes and undergrowth (0.2 ha),- clearing the area from the remains after grubbing up (small branches, roots and bark without heather) with removal (2 000 m2),- removal of swaths and impurities extracted from the stream during maintenance works (3.0 t).All works will be carried out in accordance with an individual subdivision. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order shall be included in the contract and documents, i.e. the protocol of handing over the worksite, final acceptance protocol. The contractor shall adjust the equipment to the parameters of the watercourses in order to prevent their damage. Any damages resulting from the service and their removal shall be borne by the Contractor at his expense and risk, including possible claims of third parties in connection with the execution of the order. The subject matter of the order is the maintenance of the Table's watercourse at km 14+540-26+950 m. Tarnowskie Góry, Tarnowskie Góry commune (excluding bunker sections).The route of the watercourse in part runs through the city centre with dense buildings that make it difficult to reach the river. The Stoła River flows partly through industrially developed areas. This carries the risk of water pollution. The Tables' riverbed in the sections to be preserved is in many places built up with regulatory buildings. During maintenance works, existing thresholds, bank and bottom fortifications must not be damaged or destroyed.2Scope of the contract.The planned works will consist of- Mechanical mowing of the vegetation rooted in the riverbed with a mowing bucket with a bottom width of up to 1.6 m (1,100 m),- Hook up when the water surface is overgrown with more than 60% (18,924 m2),- manual mowing of dense hard lichen from slopes (53 478 m2), - raking of mown hard lichen from slopes over 2.0m wide (53 478 m2), - manual mowing of hard lichen from the bottom of watercourses (650 m2),- raking mowed lichens from the bottom of watercourses up to 2.0 m (650 m2) wide, - manual cutting and grubbing up of medium density bushes and undergrowth (0.7 ha), - clearing the area from the remains after grubbing up (small branches, roots and bark without heather) with removal (7000 m2),- removal of swaths and impurities extracted from the watercourse during maintenance works (4.0 t)The Table's watercourse in km 14+539-21+593 - 7.54 km is regulated.All works will be carried out in accordance with an individual subdivision. Detailed terms and conditions of the order shall be included in the contract and documents, i.e. the protocol of handing over the work site, final acceptance protocol. The Contractor shall adjust the equipment to the parameters of the watercourses in order to prevent their damage.
