Description

For the approximately 95 buildings of the city of Seelze and their inventory, a building and inventory insurance is concluded, as well as a glass all-inclusive insurance for selected objects and an electronics insurance for selected devices. The following insured sums are the basis of the award procedure:- Building - value 1914: 14 753 632 marks;- Inventory - value as new in 2020: 19 621 833 EUR;- Electronics - value as new in 2020: 545 558 EUR;- Additional cost insurance: 25 million EUR.Details can be found in the list of objects and the declaration of the insurance contract BVVV 2020.
The insurance cover is concluded on the basis of the insurance conditions specified by the City of Seelze, which are binding and identical for all bidders:- General Conditions for the Associated Property Trade Insurance (VSG 2010-GDV Version 1.4.2014);- hereinafter referred to as VSG 2014;- General Terms and Conditions for Electronics Insurance (GDV Version ABE 2013) - hereinafter referred to as ABE 2013;- Special Agreements and Contractual Provisions (Insurance Contract - BVVV 2020);BVVV 2020 takes precedence over the above General Terms and Conditions of Insurance VSG 2014 and ABE 2013. Inventory insurance is effected at replacement value on the basis of the year 2013 (basic sum) and the respective value surcharges. Based on the object list attached to the award documents, the following hazards/hazard groups are insured in accordance with the code numbers of the declaration in the insurance contract:I fire,II tap water,III storm, hail,IV burglary, robbery, vandalism,V glass breakage (all-inclusive insurance for selected objects).A Flood/ heavy rain (EUR 20 m JHE),B Backwater (EUR 20 m JHE),F Snow pressure (EUR 5 m JHE),VII Civil commotion, malicious damage, strike, lockout (EUR 5 m JHE),IX Terrorism (Only for objects with a total insured sum of EUR 25 m). EUR),X Electronic damage (for selected equipment objects)The insured risks/hazard groups ticked in the declaration of the insurance contract (LV) with the respective deductibles and maximum annual compensation (JHE) apply.
