Description

1.The obligations of the Contractor as part of the promotion of the City of Gdynia include, but are not limited to1)the subject of the order is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities carried out in the period from the date of concluding the agreement to 5 December 2019 by the men's football team taking part in the autumn round of the II or III League Championship (hereinafter referred to as the "Team"), 2) promotion of the Municipality of Gdynia and Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities by the Contractor during league matches, competitions, sports shows and sports and recreation events of a regional and national character, 3) possession or placement by the Contractor of the name "Gdynia" in the official name of the Team, 4) creating a positive image of the City of Gdynia Municipality and Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities within the framework of promotional activities prepared and performed by the Contractor and at his expense,5) promoting the City of Gdynia by the Contractor by placing and displaying logotypes of the City of Gdynia on information, promotional and printing materials prepared and made by the Contractor and at his expense,6) lending the City of Gdynia and Gdynia Sports Centre the image of team members and the whole team to the budget unit by the Contractor for promotional purposes of the City of Gdynia and Gdynia Sports Centre budget unit,2) lending the City of Gdynia and Gdynia Sports Centre the image of the team and the whole team to the budget unit by the Contractor.The duties of the Contractor in the promotion of the budget unit of Gdynia Sports Centre and its activities consist of1) placing banners promoting PKO Grand Prix Gdynia (Birthday Run with PKO Bank Polski, European Run with PKO Bank Polski, Night St John's Run with Bank Polski, Independence Run with PKO Bank Polski) or Polish Championship in MTB Gdynia Marathon (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Events") organized by Gdynia Sports Centre on the Team's website, 2) placing posts promoting the Events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre in social media (facebook, twitter) of the Team, during the term of the agreement,3) placing an article announcing Events organised by the Gdynia Sports Centre on the website of the Team during the term of the agreement,4) attaching a banner promoting Events organised by the Gdynia Sports Centre under the entry on the website of the Team during the term of the agreement,5) placing posters promoting Events organised by the Gdynia Sports Centre within the sales points of tickets for Team matches,6) enabling the Ordering Party, after obtaining prior consent from the owner of television rights, to record matches with the Team for their own needs.3A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the Terms of Reference (Chapter 3).
