Description

The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities from the date of signing the contract to the end of the e-sport tournament (e-sport - (electronic sport) - a form of competition in which the competitors are involved in computer games), hereinafter referred to as the "Tournament", organized by the Economic Operator in Gdynia, hereinafter referred to as the "Tournament Site": The tournament should be preceded by qualifications and must be international in nature. The leading game of the tournament should be from the genre of those in which the action is observed from the perspective of the first person, the so-called First-person-shooter. The tournament should be played primarily online. In addition, the Tournament should be accompanied by a specially created fan zone and an exhibition zone.3 The Performer's obligations within the framework of promoting the City of Gdynia include: 1) awarding the City of Gdynia the title of Strategic Partner of the Tournament, 2) placing the "Gdynia sport" logo. (hereinafter referred to as the logo of the City of Gdynia) in materials and publications published by the Contractor for the purposes of the Tournament (e.g. posters, badges, leaflets) and in all advertising materials published in connection with the Tournament. 250 posters advertising the Tournament in public transport in Gdynia when organising the Tournament,4) placing the logo of the City of Gdynia on a billboard advertising the Tournament, placed in the Tricity, when organising the Tournament,5) placing the logo of the City of Gdynia on the min. 5 city lights, which will be displayed in the Tricity during the organization of the Tournament,6) displaying 2 walls with the logo of the City of Gdynia, in the Tournament Area, during the Tournament,7) placing 15 flags of the type of winder made of polyester fabric with the logo of the City of Gdynia placed in the Tournament Area, during the Tournament,8) placing 1 advertising balloon with the logo of the City of Gdynia at least one minute before the end of the Tournament,8) placing 1 advertising balloon with the logo of the City of Gdynia at least one minute before the end of the Tournament, 7) placing 15 flags of the type of winder made of polyester fabric with the logo of the City of Gdynia placed in the Tournament Area, 8) placing 1 advertising balloon with the logo of the City of Gdynia at least one minute before the end of the Tournament. 10) placing the logo of the City of Gdynia in the live-streaming transmission from the Tournament during the Tournament,11) placing the advertising board of the City of Gdynia (for at least one minute after the announcement of the Tournament in the nationwide press, at the organization of the Tournament,12) placing the logo of the City of Gdynia in the live-streaming transmission from the Tournament,11) placing the advertising board of the City of Gdynia (for at least one minute after the announcement of the Tournament) 10 sec.) before the live-streaming of the Tournament during the duration of the Tournament,12) before the commencement of the live-streaming broadcast of the Tournament, 12) before the announcement of the spot advertising the Tournament on the national radio, with the indication of Gdynia City as the Strategic Partner of the Tournament,3) before the commencement of the live-streaming broadcast of the Tournament during the Tournament, 12) before the announcement of the spot advertising the Tournament on the national radio, with the indication of Gdynia City as the Strategic Partner of the Tournament,3) before the announcement of the Tournament. The duties of the Contractor in the promotion of the budget unit of Gdynia Sports Centre and its activities consist of1) placing banners promoting PKO Grand Prix Gdynia (Birthday Run with PKO Bank Polski, European Run with PKO Bank Polski, Night St John's Run with Bank Polski, 2) placing posts promoting the events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre in social media (e.g.: a) on the Welcome page of the Tournament, during the term of the agreement,2) placing posts promoting the events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre in social media (e.g.: a) on the Welcome page of the Tournament, 3) placing posts promoting the events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre in the social media (e.g.: a) on the Welcome page of the Tournament, 4) placing posts promoting the events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre in the social media (e.g. on the Welcome page of the Tournament, 4) placing posts promoting the events in the social media (e.g. on the Welcome page of the Tournament, 5) placing posts promoting the events on the Welcome page of the Tournament (e.g. on the Welcome page of the Tournament). 3) placing an article announcing the Events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre on the Tournament website during the term of the agreement,4) attaching a banner promoting the Events organized by the Gdynia Sports Centre under the entry on the Tournament website, during the term of the agreement,5) enabling the Ordering Party to use photographic and film materials from the Competition together with the characters (competitors) for promotional and advertising purposes of the Ordering Party's unit,6) enabling the Ordering Party to record the Competition for its own purposes.4A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the Terms of Reference (Chapter 3).
