Project planning for the refurbishment of the Alte Hautklinik community accommodation. Existing building: built in 1924, three building sections, four full storeys, basement, attic, used as a dermatology clinic until 2023. Refurbishment of the west wing and central wing (approx. 5,000 m2 gross floor area) into shared accommodation for 100 residents in accordance with ThürGUSVO, with 100 residents continuing to use the east wing. Office and recreation rooms for the building administration (home management, janitor, cleaning) are to be planned. An energy consultant will accompany the energy refurbishment, particularly in the areas of floor insulation and building services. A study of alternative heat supply options is to be carried out. The terms of reference will be sent to the bidders with the invitation to tender.
