France - Project of interest - Development of an urban renewal housing project - Site of the former Municipal Technical Center in Pont-L'Abbé

Description

This call for tenders has been launched by the City of Pont-l'Abbé, with the aim of selecting an operator or group of operators to sell the land on the site of the former municipal technical center for the construction of a housing project.
The call for projects will be followed by the signature of a transfer agreement. Planning permission for the project will be granted in accordance with these specifications.
The winning project developer will purchase the land from the town of Pont-l'Abbé under the terms and conditions set out in these specifications and its appendices.
