Description
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking a project monitor to monitor the Resilience and Inclusion through Investment in Sustainable Agriculture (RIISA) project in the Philippines.
The objective of the services being provided by the senior project monitor is to support DFATD’s efforts in monitoring the progress of the Resilience and Inclusion through Investment in Sustainable Agriculture (RIISA) project in the Philippines as well as monitor its performance in achieving results. Additionally, the Contractor will identify lessons learned, best practices and risks and any associated implications for project implementation. Also, the monitor will provide analysis and advisory support through a document review and field data collection to ensure the project is achieving results and assess the effectiveness of the project’s operational structure and management processes.
