TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Real Property Services.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies):
- One (1) Senior Level Project Manager for Real Property (4.2)
- One (1) Intermediate Level Financial/Cost Specialist for Real Property (4.5)

Description of the Requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for the services of one (1) Senior Level Project Manager for Real Property (4.2) and one (1) Intermediate Level Financial/Cost Specialist for Real Property (4.5) under the TSPS Real Property Project Management Services Stream for the West Memorial Building Rehabilitation Project Health Check. The intent of this solicitation is to award a single contract with a term of three (3) years which includes an option to acquire additional services.
