Description of Work : The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), also known as Global Affairs Canada (GAC), has identified a requirement for Project Management Support Services (PMSS) resources, to assist DFATD’s team in the completion of a project to define and implement improvements to and expansion of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and components. PMSS resources are sought for the management of planning, design, and implementation strategy to evolve CCTV capabilities, particularly through digital networks and products, serving Chanceries, Consulates, or other GAC workplaces internationally. The PMSS resources must provide project management support to the Director of the Physical Security Abroad division primarily in the National Capital Area, and potentially in later phases of the project might require travel to various missions to deliver services, depending on Task Authorizations provided.
