Description

Police are frequently looking for professionals for project management and support such as:- programme managers, - project managers, - project leaders, - project supporters, - programme supporters. These positions are mainly, but not exclusively, filled for the ICT department. Within the ICT service, the sector PPI carries out the IV project and programme management and interim management with the aim of good cooperation between the business and the Information Management (IM) and ICT services in the execution of projects and programmes. In addition to ensuring the continuity and quality of the services, the service also manages outsourced services. The PPI sector consists of two teams: the Project, Programme and Interim Management team and the Project Office Team. The sector provides capacity for managing programmes and projects within the Police. These programmes and projects focus on the realization, introduction and commissioning of new or modified IV and/or ICT products/services. Over 2018 and 2019, an average of 108 requests per year have been put out for the Programme, Project and Interim Management (PPI) category. The Police intends to use the category for a period of five years, starting 21.3.2020, with an option to extend it twice for a period of twelve months.
