The Stiftung Berliner Leben intends to commission a project management office with- basic services in accordance with the AHO (Booklet No. 9 Project Management in the Construction and Real Estate Industry - Standards for Services and Remuneration, 5th ed. March 2020 - Issue No. 9),- Special services according to the AHO (Issue No. 9 Project Management in the Construction and Real Estate Industry - Standards for Services and Remuneration, 5th ed. March 2020 - Booklet No. 9),- other special services as well as- consulting servicesThe services to be commissioned are specified in the specifications (Annex 1). The contract and the description of services are decisive for the performance target.The client and subsequent contractual partner is Stiftung Berliner Leben (SBL). Gewobag handles the award procedure in the name of and on behalf of the foundation.

Neighbourhood-oriented offers such as a daycare centre, café or workshop link Bülow 90 with the neighbourhood.Sustainable concepts and intelligent technologies are developed together with the residents and innovative partners in the real living space and serve Gewobag as models for the neighbourhood of the future.Bülowstrasse 90 is a mixed-use building with a focus on living.What is being created in Bülowstrasse is user-centred, needs-oriented and communal.The aim is to create a place that is open, lively and versatile.Residential (NRF around 4,000 m2, 52 % of the area):Different living models for families, singles, single parents with children, couples, active senior citizens, creative people and students and people with disabilities.Commercial (NRF around 1,500 m2, 20 % of the area):Ground floor).
