DGUV carries out various tasks through its Hennef, Bad Hersfeld and Sankt Augustin sites, including training, qualification, research and consulting and accommodation. various construction measures are planned for the Sankt Augustin, Hennef and Bad Hersfeld sites over the next few years. the buildings in Hennef and Sankt Augustin were built between the late 1970s and mid 1980s, with materials containing asbestos being used in some cases. The necessity of asbestos removal from both building complexes prompted DGUV to develop holistic concepts for the 3 sites mentioned, which, in addition to asbestos issues, also included all other necessary repair, maintenance or modernization work up to drinking water and waste water installations in the respective areas of the site. The current decision situation provides for the renovation of the existing buildings at the Hennef and Sankt Augustin sites. Other options, e.g. based on economic considerations, such as realisation as a new building, are also possible. The implementation of the individual measures takes place primarily in larger sub-projects. In order to be able to implement the various construction tasks at the locations with the necessary reliability, a framework agreement on project management services is to be concluded with a qualified project management office.The framework agreement covers basic services and special services in the following areas: - organisation/information/coordination/documentation,- qualities and quantities,- costs and financing,- deadlines/capacities/logistics,- contracts and insurances,- project stages:- project preparation,- planning,- preparation for execution,- execution and completion of the project,- call-off can also take place according to individual project phases and individual areas of activity.
