Demolition and reconstruction of the existing youth center

The commune of SULNIAC has decided to launch a project to build a youth center. The objectives are to demolish the old building and build the new facility, as well as to develop the public space to connect it with neighboring facilities. The new facility will be built on the same site as the old one, in an environmentally-friendly approach, and will welcome young people aged 10 to 18 to a place where they can relax and enjoy leisure activities. The development of the public space in connection with the various existing facilities is also an important aspect of the project.
The new building will feature high energy performance, with a construction system based on bio-sourced materials and other systems to ensure thermal comfort throughout the building, whatever the season.
