Multi Country - Project management consultantancy

Description

A country pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai requires a project management consultant to produce a project completion report for their pavilion.

The report's purpose is to document the entire history of the project from all aspects. It must start from the project inception to the end of the project in March 2022.

The report will focus on:

- background and history
- decision making structure and process
- main objectives
- stakeholders involved
- funding and implementation challenges
- documentation of all decisions taken and their implementation
- project execution (entire cycle from hiring of consultants to vendors and end delivery)
- documentation of all contracts signed and payments made from the first day until the end
of the project
- final project accounts as prepared by the implementing agency and other financiers
- Dhaaba, Dawat & Bazaar revenue reports
- documentation of the 6 months of the project activities, footfall, testimonials and more
- 3rd party assessment of the project in terms of achieving the desired objectives
