Dynamic purchasing systemfor consulting services within project and program management and portfolio management. The systemtypically includes:• managing digitization/development projects and sub-projects;• managing/facilitating requirements specification;• managing implementation and rollout projects on the supplier side;• supporting the introduction and exercise of portfolio management.The need may be related to the management of inter-municipal projects and programs, and the municipal part of joint projects with the state. Competence related to public administration, frameworks such as ‘Prosjektveiviseren’ and experience with flexible development and delivery methods may be relevant to require.
Frequency and scope of competitions is somewhat uncertain, expected value is approx. NOK 9 000 000 per year.
