Description

Time and measure planning of the BImA contaminated site programme: The contractor is responsible for operational project management and for support at regional level for technical/commercial planning and implementation of the contaminated site investigation and remediation measures. The implementation of the contaminated site investigation and remediation measures is carried out technically in accordance with the working aids for soil and groundwater protection of the OFD Lower Saxony (http://www.arbeitshilfen-bogws.de/index1.html). The respective state building authorities act as project managers.In addition, the contractor supports the regional working units of the Federal Institute for Real Estate Affairs (BImA) and the central contaminated site management in the performance of their client tasks.Risk assessment and determination of provisions:The contractor is entrusted with the initial assessment of BImA properties by means of checklists and strategic action concepts (SHK) in the respective year of acquisition.The annual acquisition of properties fluctuates. In this context, the Contractor also supports the Principal in the annual updating of the existing risk analyses and in the planning of time and measures as a basis for the continuation of provisions. Support in setting up a data management/archive systemThe client designs an SAP software solution for the mapping and processing of contamination facts, in particular from contaminated sites and explosive ordnance risks with a public law obligation to act (BIKA = Bundesimmobilien Informationssystem Kampfmittel und Altlasten).The following support services by the contractor are required for the productive implementation and subsequent further development of the software solution:1) Project work (definition of the functional/non-functional requirements, rights and role concept, preparation of the test phase, preparation of the data for migration, etc.);2) Quality assurance and updating of procedural regulations;3) Application documentation;4) Work on security concepts;5) Support with limited legacy system (Excel);6) Piloting;7) Roll-out phase;8) Monthly one-week workshops (40 hours each) take place in Berlin and other dates for coordination. The Contractor shall support the Client in the preparation of these workshops by working on specific topics for the respective workshop and shall also be present during the holding of the workshops in order to support the Lecturer.
